Who we are

UBA Studio ("United by Ads", "we", "us", or "our") is a marketing studio that provides marketing strategies and ad production for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and forms, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms, plus basic technical data needed to run the site. Specifically:

• Information you submit: your name, business name, email address, website or social links, the marketing channels and ad types you use, your budget range, goals, and anything you write in free-text fields.
• Submission metadata: the date and time of your submission and limited technical signals (such as anti-spam checks) used to protect our forms.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. If you choose to purchase the full strategy, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) through a secure invoice.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you your free marketing teardown and strategy.
• To contact you by email about your strategy, an optional $14.99 full-strategy invoice, or your ad production request.
• To respond to your questions and provide the services you ask for.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.

We process this information because you asked us to (to deliver the service you requested) and with your consent, which you give by ticking the agreement box before submitting a form.

How we store and share your data

Your submissions are stored securely using our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and are accessible only to UBA Studio. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate, including:

• Supabase — to receive and store form submissions.
• Stripe — to process payments if you choose to buy the full strategy.
• Email providers — to deliver your strategy and correspondence.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as needed to provide your strategy and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Cookies

This site uses minimal local browser storage to remember when you recently submitted a form (to prevent accidental duplicate submissions). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
